Skip this place. They do well with the ‘early crew’ to check you in. After 9p then you’re a second rate citizen.
Exquisite Hotel!! One of the best in the city!!
Beautiful place with an Amazing view of the Empire State Building (if you’re lucky). Love the overhead view of the pool at the lobby. Fantastic place!
Whilst I was the oldest in the room I felt strangely at home.
Rooms were comfy and fun. Guest services were spartan and typical NYC, but a few drink$ fixed that!
Amazing service . Texted me To make sure everything was tip top. Took care of me on my bday upgraded and checked in an hour early thank u so much .
