3 lifts only 1 working for hotel guests. Security keep hotel guests out of nightclub lift. It’s not a hotel with a nightclub, it’s a nightclub with hotel rooms.
Way too noisy. Cafe staff rude and unhelpful.

Amazing chef Scott is phenomenal, as well as Barbie. Staff is great.
Hotel values people paying to use the pool and attending the nightclub over hotel guests. Fire alarm went off at 2:45 am. Staff had no idea what to do. Called all clear then redirected everyone to evacuate to lobby and no further management from there. We will not be back

If i could give 0 stars i would. My husband and i stay in about 15 hotels a year on average. This was by far the worst experience we have ever encountered. We stayed in New York for a week. The first half of our trip we stayed at the London; Central Park south great service btw. We wanted to stay in a different area for a few days and it was scorching hot this week, so i told my husband we should find a hotel with a pool for the kids to cool off in.
