It’s like unto an upscale jail-bathroom/showers laking I’m towel service. Hotel pushes in-hotel sales down to availability of ice. Hotel changed my reservation and did not contact me which locked me out of my room when I need my meds most. Hotel said manager would contact me and I never heard from a single rep. Would not recommend at all.
Very nice place. Great ambiance, amiable staff. Convenient by train, and there’s a parking lot across the street.
The most fun place to be in the city. Beautiful amenities, super friendly service. Great food and the best pool.
My Burberry umbrella was taken from me, a report was filed so watch your butthole anywhere you go because you think you are smart but it is all on camera and the police is looking. The property you took was passed on to generations that you have no idea the effort that took for me to have had this item, it is shameful for you as you took something so precious and valuable for some redicoulus possession and or money, you are cursed and forever a non considerable human being, Rest In Peace
room ok, restaurant crazy prices, but coming from work I was refused to go to rooftop bar because of a bag that has the size of my laptop. Please drop it in the room first the elevator guard told me while ladies with their life big bags past me left and right. Then in lobby bar checking my room credentials to buy a class of wine waiter insists to keep my driverslicense ... imagin I would run away (checked my room credit card on file). Not a very guest friendly place
très mauvaise expérience, chambre juste en dessous du PH club et donc impossible de dormir, problème dans la chambre!! Enfin la plus mauvaise expérience à New York!!!
