Beautiful hotel, decent food & drinks. Horrible customer service racist as fuck, waitresses take 1 hour to come to you and another hour to bring your drinks and food & expect you to pay and tip before they bring it horrible and racist. The bartender was only being nice cause the Asian lady I think was the manager was observing & also they ran out of towels by the pool ?! Where is housekeeping !!!!! Unfuckingreal
Overpriced on small rooms and floor are not clean and bad service....
Don't stay here!! Not only was the service AWFUL. They took an extra $1,000 off us for the room hold, which we don't get back for 30 days. The manager was unremorceful and pretty much told us that he didn't care! On the 2 nights we were there, the pool was closed for a private event! Take my advice... This is no Dream hotel!

The worst hotel experience EVER! Stayed 3 days and hated every minute of it. Loud, obnoxious young women screaming in the hallways until 4:00am, parties going on in rooms all night long. Management were unable or unwilling to control the situation. Club music permeates throughout the building to EVERY room. If you are a 20-some year old looking to dance all night, party from room to room, have a dramatic breakdown in the hallway all while drinking copious amounts of cheap alcohol, this is the place for you. Customer service is more like a nightmare than a dream... I had one of the worst dining experiences of my life at their restaurant, then had to literally chase down several people to get someone to listen to me, only to be redirected to someone's email. Upon explaining my experience via email, I was told "We talked to the restaurant and were assured you were taken care of to our standards of service."
