Young, helpful staff. Nice rooms. Good showers. Only one small bar of soap. Forget getting back into the hotel on the weekends, it took us 15 minutes, seriously!!! The place was packed, jumping with ppl trying to get up to the PHD rooftop lounge. We decided to go up and see what was going on, and the view of Manhattan, on this very clear night was breathtakingly beautiful. Our stay here was an absolute DREAM. The customer service was amazing. So many members of the staff addressed us by name when we were coming and going. Our room was modern and comfortable with a great view. The lobby bar is great and we had a good time at PHD(even though we are more lounge/bar people rather than club people). We will definitely be back!
Very bad, small rooms, badly mantained,wall paper scratched and torn. Noisy, techno music in the lobby to loud to talk and of course to rest.bad service and high prices not adecuate with the quality of the room. i still wait for an explanation that the manager was going to send me.
If you like noisy Hall ways, noise coming in from outside, small rooms, no to very little hot water or a shitter mounted on the wall to high that your feet dangle (I'm 5'9"), Or if you just like pretty things then stay here. I will say the staff was very nice.
Stayed there for one week, and it was a dream. The staff was great and specially the guest director Vaughn Davis. The room that we got was great and everything we asked for, was done right away... Great tips from the concierge. We will return as soon as possible.. Love from Anna and Kristian.
