I've just got here and I'm hating! "Do you have an adaptor?", "yes we sell it $20"! Whaaaat? And the bed is absolute shit, mattress must be cheaper than that adaptor and they don't even know how to properly tuck in bedsheets. I can't wait to leave and never return!

The worst guest service in the world! They charge "complimentary" check out and then are rude about fixing the mistake. If you charge an extra night for a late checkout, they should let the guest stay the extra night! @dreamdowntown #neveragain Does not deserve the one star it requires me to give!
Awful experience. They will over charge you. Still waiting for the extra night they charged us. Very rude and insulting
