Where do I begin... The fact that I was moved from one room to another because the smell of weed coming through the vents was making me sick only to find out that the room I was moved to had a worse stench of weed. Or the fact that they took an additional $120 from me for an upgrade, but when I asked for a receipt they said they could find it. The couch in our Room was filthy and the coffee maker was broken. We will definitely be filing a complaint with the corporate office.

This hotel has exceptional customer service, especially Manny (the door man) and Jennifer (service desk). My husband and I loved it and will certainly be back!
