Very engaging when taking your money. However after sales is a shambles. The manager never rings you back when he says. Drags everything out. Looks for excuses on why it's not their fault. Just be careful because I thought Kia were exceptional but all the dealerships seem to be independent franchises . A lot of back and forth with 2 dealers blaming each other. In this case always Draycotts fault. Problem eventually got sorted but has left a sour taste .
No pressure, help friendly staff.
Local with friendly and helpful service staff. Prices are very reasonable for a main dealer. Have been here with my car for 11 years and still brilliant. Thank you.
