Absolutely brilliant customer service and so friendly, was looking to replace my car for something new. Was given a great welcome from Craig ward on sales, who gave me all the information i needed with no pressure at all. Walked out with a big smile on my face having got the car of my dreams!!! 10 out 10 to all at draycotts especially Craig for looking after me.
Sent an enquiry in on Monday via Autotrader... To which I received two automated emails from Draycotts.. Five days later! I’ve not heard a thing. First impressions count for me.. Not impressed!

When I dropped in my KIA Soul EV at their reception, I made absolutely clear that I'm Deaf therefore my preferred means of communication is by text - I was accompanied by my Assistance Dog. Apparently, they phoned to inform me the car won't be ready for the stated time. But in the meantime I wasted an hour and half time on the buses.
