After visiting the store a staff member came round to view our bathroom and draw up a design. We then never heard anything back even after calling the store to chase them. This has delayed our renovations and was very disappointing. Thanks for your reply Mark. Unfortunately the review is correct. The member of staff in your Heswall store met us on the 26th of June. We ordered our showrr tray and enclosure from Draw A Bath. They could not have been more helpful and each time I rang them I was able to speak to someone quickly and they delivered within 3 days of ordering. Great products. Highly recommended .
