Drakers has been consistently unprofessional throughout my tenancy. Communication has been virtually non-existent. As a house we have had to constantly chase them for updates and basic responses. Issues were often ignored or passed around with no one taking responsibility. I would not recommend Drakers to anyone for their property management services.
Multiple property managers throughout the tenancy and none of them able to communicate even on the most basic of levels. We will never use them again.
I’ve had a brilliant experience as an incoming tenant all thanks to Ricardo. Throughout the process of securing our new flat, Ricardo has been friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, checking in with us every step of the way. He’s always on-hand for any queries and questions, and ready to resolve any problems that inevitably crop up with flat-hunting.
