Booked a job with Drainsmart back in May 2025 and they were very effective, job well done! Communication was great and reasonably priced, would definitely recommend their services.

In the last month Drain Smart have carried out CCTV drain surveys for us on 3 properties that we are developing. They have always turned up at the agreed times, carried out the surveys and provided detailed plans and reports within a few days of the visit. When arranging surveys on the phone and by email communication has been very easy and during the visits their representatives have been helpful and informative. We would happily recommend their services to other customers.
They are not organized. No one in the company knows what is happening. You will be just calling them to repeat the stories to them everyday. If you want to wait for a lifetime to not get any results please go forward
Needed a CCTV drain survey in Dulwich, found Drainsmart via a web search, they attended site very quickly, and carried out the survey. The lads who attended site knew their stuff, and were helpful, polite and very professional, as were the office staff, all in all, spot on service, would have no hesitation referring them to others, thanks
