I had a backed up drain and roof pipe drainage system both completely blocked up, phoned drainrod, drainage inspector/ water technician came out a couple of hours later, telephoned me before hand when he was arriving, he fixed both of my blockages and went through my neighbours drainage system, proper professional, worked hard and told me exactly what he was doing and what the problem was, all back to normal after 3/4 hour, very impressed and an excellent price, thank you all at drainrod👍 Alex booth caerleon

Excellent service from Drainrod when they carried out a survey and the necessary repair work. Much better than one of their competitors who messed us around and failed to turn up when promised.
