DISGRACEFUL customer service - Will happily take your money for routine work but when they mess up they ghost you and take zero accountability. Just lots of empty promises to ‘look in to it’.

Fantastic job by Tyler and his lads. Came out to reline my drain. Unfortunately they could only reline part of it, but Tyler stuck to getting the job done and the next day came back out to dig up and reroute a new drain for me, at a very good price. Very friendly lads and communication has been excellent throughout. Very pleased, and would highly recommend!

So I woke up to a toilet and bath half full with sewage. Draincare came, saw and conquered. It was caused by a tree root from next door. The guy cut out the root then cleaned and disinfected everything. Job well done. 5*

So a security company ring, they have accidentally broken a clay pipe underground. They explain they need someone urgent, a repair is needed straight away. 4 working days before Christmas, where every contractor is at maximum capacity and they needed help. Having never heard of this company, drain care not only responded promptly and professionally but treated this company like they were their best customer !
