Excellent communication, response time was superb, from initial call to unblocking drains all within 24hrs, will definitely use again.
As the main contractor (BH Electrical ) i was called out to one of my contracts as they had a sewage issue with the staff toilets so I called out Merseyside rod, on speaking to them they done everything that they said they would do and it was a pleasure doing business with them the service was 100% the 2 lads that they sent were very polite and very professional if ever I had a issue with anything to do with sewage problems then they would be the people I would call Excellent and well done
Main problem was identified and fixed quickly. There were a few snags /follow up problems which the team were quick to resolve. Good communication and service.
Excellent job the guys were very nice clean and tidy. Excellent price would recommend.
