Got in touch over a blocked pipe under my Yorkshire stone floor. The whole process was very carefully carried out with the proper investigation to find out the problem. I called on Saturday to report a blockage to my soil pipe. They came out Monday morning and had the issue sorted in no time, even installing an access point to make dealing with any future problems much easier. Highly recommended.
