First class service. Had Tony out for several drainage issues with our business property in the past few months. Highly recommend.
Brilliant service replacing a broken drain. Did work above and beyond what was needed in a speedy and very tidy manner. Communicated well throughout and did a fantastic job. Definitely recommended
Had a blocked toilet due to an escaped brush. Was an extremely difficult job - others would probably have given up but Andrew managed to retrieve it. Very good at what they specialise in, great customer service, very polite team of people. Would highly recommend.
Paul quickly identified the problem and got the clearance required in the waste pipe drain.......Paul's team are very professional compared to other alleged drain companies that I have tried.
Had a recurring problem with downstairs toilet slow draining, also impacting sink and utility room plumbing. Had previously had another company out at serious expense only for issue to re-occur days later. Called Drain-Fix, was given an appointment next working day. Paul and a colleague showed up exactly when promised and instantly displayed more professionalism and experience than the previous company, they then used a camera and flushed the pipes.
