5/5 - The young man who came, resolved my blocked bath plug/bathroom sink and did so with the utmost professionalism, honesty, carefulness, tidiness. I could use so many superlatives but I would be here all day. I would have no hesitation in recommending Drain Detectives to anyone or using them again. I have never rated 5 stars before. It takes a lot to impress me enough to do be the first. To the young man who came, I say to you personally "thank you for returning the swirl!"

Had a kitchen drainage problem, booked a Dynorod appointment on line as they'd been recommended and they not only missed the 5-hour window, they didn't call, text, email or voicemail; next day, no apology, no explanation - said they'd 'try' for the following day, quoted cost £160, then said that 3 days later was the earliest they could do.
