Drain Detectives provided a professional, efficient CCTV drain investigation with clear reports and practical advice. Their thorough service and practical solutions made the process smooth and highly recommendable for development projects.
Initial experience was great, only to realise the worker they sent did not sort the issue out on a tenanted property. Instead of removing the debris they left it open.. then charged me £150 for the privilege. When i called to find out they said the whole drain needs excavating and wanted to charge £2750+ VAT. Said the drain had collapsed and all other manor of issues. I called a local builder who did the whole work for £750 and said no such issues existed. I had a great experience with this service. They arrived on time, were friendly, quick, and highly professional. They took the time to answer all of my questions and provided me with the necessary details regarding the depths and sizes of the pipes. Additionally, they offered valuable advice on the next steps for my project, which I really appreciated. Highly recommended!
