I met Ian Drainbuster after the drain got blocked by wet wipes that someone had flushed down the toilet tsk tsk. He was very helpful and explained everything he was doing. He removed the offending articles afterwards also. I would not hesitate to recommend this chap as he knew what he was doing, was polite, explained things clearly and definitely knew his stuff. There are some helpful handy hints on his website about how to prevent problems with your drains too
