I called Drain-Alert for a house purchase septic tank survey and they were very helpful and dealt with my enquiries quickly. They organised a suitable time with the vendor and sent the report when expected post inspection answering all the questions I had asked. I would highly recommend this company.

Cannot recommend Drain Alert highly enough! After making the mistake of using Lanes for Drains we decided to call on an expert and contacted Drain Alert to help with our flooded basement. After only 30 minutes they were able to give us more information than Lanes for Drains did after a whole mornings work, and they fixed the problem for us! First class service, wouldn't hesitate to use Drain Alert again. Spike in particular deserves employee of the month for his thorough inspection of the house and basement!
