We booked a family session with Laura for soma breathe. This took place in a beautiful yurt. The way Laura laid everything out with all the little touches was brilliant. The session it's self was magical, we all got a lot out of it which we didnt realise was needed, even our children. We will definitely be booking in another family session.

Laura is the most incredible person and her Soma breath work sessions helped my mental health dramatically. She made me feel so welcome and comfortable! You have to give Dragonfly a visit!
Wow, this place is absolutely incredible! I've had the pleasure of experiencing two breathwork sessions, and each time I left feeling incredibly relaxed and filled with positivity. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the amazing staff, and everyone I encountered was incredibly friendly. I simply can't wait for my next session ❤️
Laura is an amazing host to welcome you to her studio and holds the most calming space, breathwork classes have helped me so much and I would recommend everyone trys it!
