Craig in Dracut is fantastic to deal with. There was an issue with the first dryer and after some troubleshooting, Craig decided to send a replacement dryer. Dracut Appliance has exceptional customer service which is why I keep going back.
We had done our homework on the new gas range we wanted and had visited several locations to price the range. When we went to the Dracut location and we were pleasantly surprised to find they had the best price and the delivery and installation price was far better than any other location. Friendly, knowledgeable sales staff! Competitive prices! They provide and manage all delivery and installation schedules which is huge! Stay away from the big box stores. Dracut Appliance is nothing but top shelf!
