RecommendedI bought 4 new appliances the end of August and the final appliance came today. Thru all this Covid with all the delays in production. My constant reaching out to Craig, always made me feel important. And trust me. I reached out a lot. The customer service is great. I definitely recommend Dracut Appliance

I needed a washer and dryer quickly as my washer was broken. Dracut appliance was so easy to work with. We were able to get exactly what we wanted without even going into the showroom. They sent me the options that were available right away so I could research and read reviews. I ordered them over the phone and they were delivered 4 days later! I love my new washer and dryer, especially the app on my phone so I can get notifications when the laundry is done. Amazing!
So shame on me for going to the big box stores. I made the bad decision to go to Lowe’s for a new washer and dryer (I know, I know, shop local). Long story short they screwed me over after waiting almost a month for our stackables. Anyways!- I called you guys today and both men I spoke to were so nice. My fridge died about 3 weeks ago. Most Appliance Retailers are 2-3 months Back Order due to the Pandemic. I set up an appointment with Dracut Appliance. From the time I walked into the store Evan greeted me and took his time, Expertise, knowledge in guided me in the right direction for a new Refrigerator. I have been using Dracut Appliance for over 20 years. Today, in the midst of a pandemic, my dryer broke. I panicked, but Kevin called me immediately and we ordered everything over the phone. He was efficient and knowledgable. I'll have a new washer and dryer delivered to my home soon. Thank you Dracut Appliance for being a small local business that always is there for their customers!
