RecommendedI originally posted a bad review. Come to find out there is a company out there pretending to be Dracut Appliance Repair . They should be charged with fraud. Dracut Appliance is a first rate company.
I can’t thank Craig and Dracut Appliance enough for going above and beyond for me and my family. They are very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. I will certainly be a customer for life for all appliances in the future. Thank you guys and have a wonderful New Year!

It was my first time shopping for an appliance and I could not recommend Dracut Appliance enough. Craig and his team made the process extremely easy. The Customer service and delivery process were terrific! I will Be definitely purchasing future appliances from Dracut Appliance!
After two failed attempts from a big box stores horrible delivery company I called dracut appliance and they came thru. The guys where awesome.tjey got my unit in my condo no problem. I'm very impressed I will definitely be using dracut appliance again.
