I had a few people recommend Dracut Appliance Center so I decided to check it out. I was not disappointed. The sales people were all very helpful. I spoke with three different people and all were happy to assist and kind. I had my washing machine delivered today. The delivery people were great as well. I had a very bad experience from a big box store. Thank you Dracut Appliance Center for making it an easy experience. I would definitely go back and recommend to other people.
We purchased a washer and got an extended warranty the washer had issues and when we tried to have the washer repaired. The warranty company offered a minimum amount of money(not enough to get a comparable washer). I called dracut appliance and they replaced the washer with a brand new model. I can’t say enough about the service and dependability of dracut appliance. They stood behind their product they are now using another warranty company. They stand behind the products they sell.
