I have purchased all my appliances at Dracut Appliance in Dracut...service is excellent, given choices, no pressure. I bought a refrigerator this past Monday morning...it was delivered Tuesday at 8:45 am...delivery men were efficient, polite...what a great experience.
We have purchased all of our appliances from Dracut Appliance in Tewksbury. The service is wonderful and the crew that delivered today was very courteous and they delivered within the time they said they would. If you are looking for an appliance I highly recommend Dracut Appliance.
I can’t recommend Dracut Appliance enough. You get excellent guidance when selecting an appliance and delivery is quick, efficient, and, most importantly if you’ve ever dealt with one of the big box stores, when they said it would be AND clearly communicated to you. I’ll never buy an appliance anywhere else as long as they’re an option.
Great place buy local great honest service delivery has always been great I highly recommend them. Do your research and realize you can trust the guys here Ken told me the washer I needed I went cheap before taking delivery I researched after and realized the one he recommended was the one that was right for me thank you guys I appreciate the no pressure sales and honest opinion it is the reason you guys have been here so long
I'm thrilled with the repair service I received today for my refrigerator. Dracut Appliance was able to send someone right out. The problem was quickly identified, the part was replaced, and the cost was reasonable. Now, everything is working again beautifully. Thank you very much!
A big shout out to Dracut Appliance Center for their outstanding delivery and installation of our new refrigerator, dishwasher, and stove. Also a special thank you to Craig Moran for his help in selecting our new appliances. They offer a nice range of products and I was able to order the items I wanted, and the prices were excellent too. Everyone involved was very professional and made everything so easy. I just love my new Maytag (made is USA!) appliances.
Have used Dracut Appliance in Tewksbury for all my appliance needs over the years. Was referred by my Mom and sister who spoke highly of the customer service. Had one appliance mix up once, and it was corrected the same day. Try that with the big box stores.
