I see alot of people have issues with this doctors, I guess I'm lucky. They have always gone above and beyond for me. They gave me a voice when no others would listen. Dr Kumari is also a god send, she has thought tooth and nail for me to get the support I needed.
The staff are not friendly the are rude and some them doctors don’t know what they are saying one says one thing then another says something else unprofessional service here not like my old doctors in Manchester.

Had to give them 1 star otherwise it would have been 0. I am currently on the phone to them and have been for 35 minutes with only 1 person in front of me. My son needed an operation and had to be referred twice because the doctor never sent the first referral. Also never sent the referral for my other son's eyes so had to get Specsavers to refer him. Also any child aged 5 that has been vomiting and has diarrhea also not keeping water down is not classed as an emergency you have to make an appointment. Your better off taking... read more
