I’ve been seeing Dr Yusra now for over 3.5 years and every time I visit the clinic she is professional, kind and always puts the client’s wellbeing first. Went here when I was 18 seeking advice from dr Yusra about getting filler as I’d never had it done before. After observing me for a few seconds she blatantly said “you have no chin” and proceeded to offer me 0.5ml chin filler. I naively agreed and paid over £350 for the treatment which looked botched and very out of place. Throughout the appointment, she was rudely ignoring me and going on her phone. Dr Yusra is the most caring compassionate and talented professional I have had the pleasure to meet. Her attention to detail is beyond compare.
