Dr and staff are not empathetic and professional towards patients who are not bilingual. They only offer services to patients who only speak English. They need to provide translation services to their patients even if it is just by phone. How can they have receptionist that are bilingual but they don’t have translators for the doctors? It is inconvenient for the patient who pays for parking and then have to reschedule. The Dr wasn’t empathetic either.
Mrs. Santiago and Dr Park are always great.There excellent at their job and make the visit worthwhile all the time.
Dr. Park is professional, friendly, and explains eye conditions in a way that is easy to understand. Michelle and the rest of her staff maintain an office that is warm and welcoming. Thank you!
Excellent surgeon. Got rid of my Cataracts in both eyes. I now see 20 20.
Dr. Park is very professional and caring! Best ophthalmologist in Montgomery County! Love the office and her staff. They are very quick and efficient!
