We've had a very good experience with Dr. Sennour. However, his front office is absolutely horrible at follow-up and follow-through. Getting paperwork completed and phone calls returned is a nightmare. It's the worst front office in that regard that we've every come across. So frustrating that we're changing physicians.
Wait time in lobby is very long. Long wait time on phone when calling the office.
He is patient and also listens to concerns you may have.
