Dr. Sennour takes the time to not only answer the questions I have, but to delve further into what I should anticipate following this course of action. He readily made the referral I needed. Very clear communicator and took plenty of time with me.
I don’t think we could ask for a better doc to treat my elderly Mother after hers retired (who we also loved!). Dr. Sennour is EXTREMELY thorough and cares deeply. He takes a tremendous amount of time with his patients. AND his office staff is WONDERFUL too!
97-year-old patient of Sennour was exposed to COVID in Oct - I contacted his office for assistance with sending a home health nurse to test her (I am her only local relative, and I had contracted COVID). She was already receiving home health prescribed thru his office, so thought he could add a COVID testing request. She was unable to get out of the home for any testing, also not knowing if she was positive, we didn't want to expose anyone else. Dr Sennour is kind, compassionate and thorough. He has been our physician for several years and I would not consider changing to another doctor. He listens, explains very well, has excellent patient skills and a professional attitude. I highly recommend him to anyone considering a geriatric physician.
Have been waiting almost a full hour just to ask questions about vaccine availability and antibody treatments. No one at the Med Provider call center is answering the phone and I'm to the point that I'm going to break my appointment set for late March and find another PCP. The call center is atrocious and BSW needs to get a grip on this before more patients are lost. Completely unacceptable.
I have been waiting more than 45 min just this morning and still no one as been able to answer and schedule an appt. I am a case manager at a local hospital and am accustum to waiting but this is much worse than what i am used to. I can't imagine a sick person holding this long to get an appt. Especially an elderly person who is what he specializes in.
Dr Sennour is such an awesome, caring doctor. He amazes me with his intiutiveness. He knows what we're going through with my father before we even tell him the issue. Highly recommend!
