Dr. Guarino is by far the best psychiatrist I have ever had. He is extremely emphathetic, caring and responsive. I was put on the correct medication the first time I saw him and it's been working very well ever since. I highly recommend him as your clinician!

I went to Dr Guarino a few years ago. My psychiatrist retired and Dr Guarino was his referral Doctor. He started our session telling me that my kind, sympathetic and former psychiatrist, who had referred me to Dr Guarino, was a dinosaur with old methods. He then proceeded to tell me his rate, quite high, but I was willing to pay it. We spent a total of 20 minutes discussing his beliefs and way of practice. If I could give 5,000 stars, I would!!! I've been seeing Dr. Guarino for almost 6 months and couldn't be happier with the services and treatments he has provided.
