Awful GP. Reception staff are never in and you can be waiting 15 minutes before you see a human. Very slow. I’d look else ware!

Really bad doctors had a phone call consultation at 11:40-11:50 had to ring the surgery at 1pm. Yes 1 hour later no phone call so rang them to be told the doctor was running late so i made a suggestion to the receptionist perhaps they could have sent me a message at some point. Then told they dont normally give times for phone appointments. Perhaps then they should of put it for 8am-6pm would make sense but nope common sense seems to be hard to come by. All in all stay away from this doctors seems like they care very little ... read more
These doctors are very good, not too keen on some receptionists that are on some days though.
The worst service/help constantly given the run around reception think they are the doctor don't expect any patient confidentiality has all your health issues get asked in the same room has everyone is waiting in so wrong zero protocol
