You will never see a GP. I called to book an appointment for my 4 years old daughter on Monday at 8 am. The receptionist said that my daughter was fine and refused to book an appointment with the Gp. My daughter was admitted to the hospital the very same day and we spent 2 days in the intensive care unit .

I've had on going health problems for a few months now, I've been seeing Dr Hughes who I must say she has been amazing, she made time for me listen to my concerns explained all my tests, seen her again today and she had my information on the screen when I walked in which is very unusual from other drs that I have dealt with. So I hope if I need a appointment in the near future I ll get to see her.and also Julie the receptionist . Thank you
Everytime i call, all i get is sorry we're fully booked call back tomorrow at 8, i call everyday at 8 and by the time i get through i dont get an appointment, i understand that doctors are underpaid but its no excuse for patients to not get an appointment all week. Im not even allowed to pre book an appointment 😡, Something seriously needs to be done.
