Had an X-ray at Western General - 2 weeks later the doctors at Stockbridge practice have still not reviewed it - I am calling daily now and getting no reason for the delay other than - the doctor has not looked at it yet Not good enough

GPS are good but let down considerably by the rude & unhelpful reception staff.

Between the two practices Dr Thyne and Partners is the best one. Kind staff and Dr's with a great bed side manner. No faults

I feel the need to write this on behalf of my partner, who had an upsetting experience with a reception staff member. The receptionist, Aura, was shockingly rude, dismissive, and showed no empathy during the call. My partner, who was already anxious due to recent medical issues, became so upset that she broke down in tears and had to hand the phone to me.
