I had cataract surgery on both eyes and now have the clearest sight I've ever had! He explained what needed to be done with clear, simple-to-understand answers to the many questions I had. I also appreciate his sense of humor! While he is not Bo Derek, he is most certainly a 10! P.S. To The Covidiots: A face diaper won't protect you. The process I've had having cataract surgery has been awesome. Professional doctor with a deep passion for his job. Also, the staff is providing great customer service with all preforming their jobs effectively. Thank you!
I have been a patient of Dr. Reynolds for close to 30 years. He has taken care of everyone in my family and my husband’s family. Dr. Reynolds has always been professional at every visit, and is in my opinion the best opthamologist in Chattanooga. He reviews each chart the night before surgery and is a perfectionist, which is what I want in a doctor. I would rather have quality care than anything else, and he provides that to his patients.
Really good Doc. Knows his stuff. Seems like he does everything to not miss anything. Staff sharp and polite.
Need long lead time to get appt. but I've been seeing him most of the time over 20 years. (Sometimes I see one of his associates rather than waiting a few months; they too have been good.). His patience is variable but I trust him and found he went way out of his way to help me with extremely high eye pressure on a Sat. Had to perform some kind of surgery and admitted me to Erlanger for 1 night. One does not forget such kindness!
Been a patient since Dr. Lawwill retired. I have been in that group for 50yrs. Today I waited over an hour without being seen. The staff wore no mask & I didn’t find one smile or kind word. He said my eye pressure was up and put me in another room. After (1) hour and (40) minutes, I walked out. After 50 yrs, I won’t be back.
Dr. Reynolds has been our ophthalmologist since he went into private practice. He did several surgies on my parents, in-laws, sister and my husband and I. We've only had wonder experiences with every one. He, his office staff and surgical staff are wonderful. We highly recommend him! Thanks to them all!
Dr reynolds is a great dr I've had 2 surgeries and he has my glaucoma under control I trust him very much
