I ordered my repeat prescription via the app several days ago. When I attended the pharmacy, I was told the prescription had not been authorised by the doctor. On Thursday, I attended the surgery and was informed by the receptionist that the particular doctor was “not in”. I explained the urgency and asked for the prescription to be pushed through.
