No issues with staff, but must point out that at time of writing (May 2025) the online web journey to book an appointment is broken. The user clicks through the relevant links to book an appointment (including attestation that there is medical emergency) only to land on a page that says 'online forms are closed for Christmas'. Essentially, you have stopped users from booking appointments online, so I'd suggest making this clear on the website from the get go.
I was booked into the pharmacy for a covid vaccination today and I mistakenly thought I had to check in on the screen at the surgery, but the system couldn't find my details. I asked the receptionist only to be told in no uncertain terms, 'If you had read your letter properly you would have seen it's at the pharmacy.' I realise they have to deal with some difficult people but I was being polite to them and did not know the procedure as it was the first time I had visted this surgery. I have been with the practise 10yrs now and I have always found all staff to be helpful and polite, sometimes its quite hard to get an appointment (but everywhere is struggling these days so not sure they could do it any better) Dr Keep is truly amazing !!! He is incredibly understanding and doesn't ever rush your appointment !! Aswell I should add that all the Drs iv ever seen there have been lovely but Dr Keep being my Dr iv got to know the best :)
