I will be honest and open here, some of the services here are great, they seem to be very good at looking after a typical person that looks ill or tend to be of a specific age. I have personally found however after joining in May 23 some services are only just being communicated effectively enough that people actually know where to access them. Excellent help from Mia the care coordinator helping me with an elderly neighbour and patient.
The doctors and medical staff are lovely and always helpful. I have always been treated well. Usually the receptionist team are also but tonight (Friday 22nd) I witnessed the receptionist being extremely rude to multiple people coming in with queries. I understand it must be a frustrating job but she spoke to these people like they were the lowest of the lower and quite frankly made me and a few others waiting feel very uncomfortable. Maybe she needs some training in compassion and patient care.
