I saw Dr Sweta for my 3-month-old daughter, and I was suggested by my doctor colleague. I found her well-communicative. I am really happy with her service; she seems to have good knowledge of what she was been doing. She gave a well-explained treatment plan with the correct diagnosis with follow-up plan. She will always be my daughter's private dermatologist whenever I need her.

I have received absolutely top class treatment from Dr Rai. She was correct in diagnosing which was later confirmed by the lab. I was put at ease for the procedure and following her aftercare advice you cannot get better results. Don’t be misled by negative reviews. This lady is tremendous and safe pair of hands.

I've seen Dr Rai over a three year period for MOHS surgery and PDT treatment and check ups for sun damage. During that time I have found her excellent. Business like but friendly appointments. Quality of treatment has been very high, both the treatment itself and the accompanying explanations and post operative follow up.

Am shocked to see such negative reviews as I found Dr Rai, helpful, professional and friendly. She performed a Mohs surgery on my forehead with real expertise and the follow up appointments have been handled with care. Her admin team did forget to send me the post operation care information which was very stressful, but we cleared it up quickly. I can highly recommend Dr Rai
