Both my wife and I have had reason to attend surgery recently and the quality of provision has been exceptionally good. Supportive reception and highly personable and informed doctor expertise.The recent change to the appointment system is a real improvement, too.
The worst experience I’ve ever had. I moved and registered with them, they booked me for the most basic consultation with a wait of a week. Half an hour before the consultation they called to say the doctor wasn’t available and I’d have to wait another week. At this rate, patients will die. If there’s no doctor, why book appointments? Just tell people to Google their problems instead. Don’t register with them, there’s no point.
The doctor didn't know how to do the throat check... She said I couldn't see anything, I told her that maybe she needed to use a light, and then she decided that she needed to have better lightning... absolutely useless doctors....
Great surgery best in town I think, never had any problems always ready to help me especially dr mark and dr cawston realy nice doctors
