i started seeing the doctor a little a year ago.i was seen for a pain pump.i had the trial pump instaled and thought that it would probly work as promised so i got the full monty.that was in april.i saw the doctor after the perment pump was installed and while i was there i told not only the doctor that i was going out of town for a month but also the nurce that handles the pump.the firs thing about that visit was that my pump should have been filled sicne i only had 3 days left befor i ran out of med in the pump.the next pa... read more
Dr. Kozmary and his staff are great. My sister sees Kristin on a monthly basis and takes great care of her. I have to commend his medical assistant Kevinanne, she went above and beyond for my sister and even took time to help find her a dentist because of the pain she was in due to a toothache. Even though i am not a patient there they take care of my loved ones.
I don`t understand so many people complaining about his staff, I have never has a problem and I`m not exactly a prime patient.I wouldn`t have another doc, completely satisfied and throughly help when needed. I have been seeing Kozmary for 8 yrs.and have total confidense in his abilities and character. His continued education will benifit me as well I`m pleased to learn. Worst ever. Incompetent. Terrible staff
Worst front office staff ever. No sensitivity towards people in pain....can be so very rude...Dr. K is wonderful though. Very knowledgable, kind and attentive. Kristen is good..have waited up to 3 hours for appt.If you can stand the front office, Dr. K is worth the wait.
The office staff has a high turn-around. I've seen many come and go, but one fact remains the same: they have high animosity for the patients and have no problems showing it. I've waited as long as 3 hours to be seen before, and have been treated horribly. After waiting for this long, my average office visit is about 5-10 minutes, then I'm charged about $300 for the visit. I'm in the wrong business! Krisitn is great- stressed- but great. This was the most unorganized office I had ever been at. I had waited over 3 hours for my appoint ment while watching all the chaos that went on in the huge cramped waiting room while everyone is ****ing non-stop about the service and how long everyone had been there.This doctor wrote me 4 extra precriptions for a narcotic class 2 drug and this was one of the several times he did this for me(I never asked). Very good doctor, very poor staff. Do not understand why such a good doctor and such a smart man would have such a poor office staff. It is very unfortunate.
His office won't return phone calls. I was charge for missed appointment, even though I have documentation that I tried to cancel appt in advance. When his office didn't return my phone calls, I submitted an inquiry to the Better Business Bureau and his office failed to respond. His office staff are very unorganized.
