I just would like to comment on the urine testing. I am a long time patient with Dr. Kozmary, i have been seeing him for the last five years. I am one who agrees with him in issuing urine test. This town is full of drug seekers. I as a patient commend Dr. Kozmary in weeding out the bad patients. They are the ones who give pain management a bad name. He has to protect his liscense especially if he is giving out narcotics. If your urine test come back bad especially twice in a row you must have done something wrong. if you bel... read more
Just like the patient below me, I was a patient of Kozmary's for 16 years the last 10 with Krisin. When my husband was alive he was also a patient. In all that time I never had a bad urine test until the last 6 months and 5 days after my last appointment I too recieved a discharge from practice letter recommending that I check into rehab and what to expect when I go through withdrawals from the meds he has prescribed me for 16 years! I was so offended. I too called and he would not take the call, I e-mailed and said I wanted... read more
I would just like to say that ever since Dr. Kozmary put in his new lab all of a sudden his patients are being made to take one ua right after another. Why is it I never had a problem with a ua in almost 7yrs. and all of a sudden I am discharged for (according to his new lab) two suspicious ua's in a row. I was not given a warning with the first ua and with the second ua I received a letter in the mail stating i'm discharged from his practice with no explanation of anykind and with no opportunity to even come in and speak to... read more
I went to see Dr. Kozmary after being at another pain management doctor for 6yrs. I was unhappy with the changes that doctor's office was making and I had heard of Dr. Kozmary thru a friend. I got a referral, made an appt. and went to see him. I was very happy with my visit with him, he listened to me and he offered to be my new PM Doctor if I wanted to go there. I have been there now about 8 months and I have never been treated so well. The staff is on the ball, my PA Kristen is wonderful and always concerned for my well be... read more

I have to commend Dr. Kozmary and his assistant Kevinanne. We moved to Las Vegas about a month ago and my mother has a pain pump. We tried for a month to get in with a pain management but kept getting denied. We could not find a physician who would take my mothers case. After a month of searching for a physician, we finally got referred to Dr. Kozmary through Medtronics. Called spoke to Kevinann got in the next day, mind you my moms pump was past her alarm date and beeping. Kevinann went above and beyond for my mom and exped... read more
This doctor should have his license revoked he over prescribes pain meds.Just try and find a good pain doctor to traet you once you've been his patient !Not at all concerned about your pain but putting money in his pocket.Great if your a junkie but once he gets you hooked he is of no help cutting back on your meds and will discharge you.A good doctor to avoid !
I have seen 3 or 4 other pain docs in Las Vegas...all who have treated me like I was just a drug addict and not really looking for treatment. My mother in law has gone to hime for years and recommended him so I have him a try. His staff was great, helped keep my kids busy, and he listened to all my complaints and treated me like I was an actual patient and not someone just looking for medication. I really liked this dr and will continue going to him as long as my insurance allows.
From my 1st Appt I have felt comfortable and completely confident in the care I have been given and shown. I have 3 types of arthritis and therefore pain is my constant companion- So getting my pain meds prescription is very important, however, whats more important to me is the way everyone, all of the staff, as well as PA Kristin, treats me. All seem happy to see me and almost without exception if my father is not with me they ask about him.
