I had two knees replaced by Dr. Zelicof, and he did a terrific job. He is extremely competent and has a wonderful staff. I highly recommend him for any knee or hip surgery. He has a whole wing at Montifiore New Rochelle Hospital where he has hand picked all the staff.
Dr. Zelicof and his staff are highly skilled and personable. A well-defined protocol for joint replacements helps motivated patients achieve the best outcome. Inspiring physician assistants, nurses and physical therapists all support patients to be most successful. I highly recommend Dr. Zelicof and his Joint Solutions program at Montefiore, New Rochelle.
I had a Left Total Hip Replacement May 14,2019. I couldn't be in better hands and no better place than with Dr. Zelicof and Joint Solution Team at Montefiore/New Rochelle Hospital. Dr. Zelicof has been absolutely amazing. Phenomenal doctor. There is nothing bad about this doctor. Many family friends have recommended this doctor and boy, were they right. He explained everything there is to know, from A to Z before and after surgery. I had knee replacement on March 26th. Dr. Zelicof and his staff were so attentive to my needs and made me feel as comfortable as could be under the circumstances. Post - op, Dr. Zelicof has continued to check on my progress and ensure that I am healing properly. I was so pleased with everything Dr. Zelicof and his staff has done for me. Dr. Zelicof is an amazing surgeon and a caring human being. I had a total knee replacement and it all went very well. My recovery has been excellent and I am returning back to work full-time after only 8 weeks. His entire staff at Montefiore and his office in Harrison were attentive and professional. Following my sister's double knee replacement in 2015, I had total left knee replacement in 2018. I can not praise Dr. Zelicof, the office staff and Montefiore New Rochelle enough. Pre-op instructions were clear and I had realistic expectations about the surgery and rehab. The follow-up care was excellent. I highly recommend Dr. Zelicof and his staff without reservation. They are caring, concerned and supportive.
Dr. zelicof and his staff were fantastic! He did both of my hips, one 5 years ago & the other March 5th 2019. I would be in a wheelchair if not for him. They were both bone on bone. I was walking over one mile within the first week and over three miles by the second. His staff, Courtney, Peggy, Donna,Laurie,Maia,Barack,Sonila,Gladys,Monique,and Sophia to mention a few showed the utmost professionalism and care one could expect. My surgery was at Montefiore hospital in New Rochelle. 5 stars.
