Very kind, knowledgeable and caring. Speaks English with I little accent. Has been my GI specialist since Dr Lamm retired 10 years or more ago. Very satisfied.
After a referral by my physician his office was swift to call and set an appointment. At the appointment Dr. Poonpongmangee Described the procedure that was to be performed explaining the risks and possible expectations, and was openly requesting me to ask any questions answering the same. After the procedure all findings were well covered and explained. I would Recommend Dr. Poonponmangee as his office staff and he exhibited the most professional service even beyond my expectations.
I am very pleased with Dr. Boon. His office runs very smoothly, very knowledgeable, efficient, and the staff really know what they’re doing. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking this kind of medical treatment.
Dr. Boon and his staff were very professional and I felt very comfortable during my office visit and procedure. The following day after my procedure I received a phone call from his office to check on me to see how I was doing.
Dr boon was very good at getting a plan set to diagnose our daughter and it was done in a timely fashion. Received a phone call on results as promised. Our daughter is doing much better dealing with her issues now.
He was very informative on the EGD procedure and answered all my questions in terminology that i understood.
Save yourself added pain and $$ and choose someone else. He perforated my colon, then told me I didn't have a hernia and there was no signs of anything that could cause the pain and nausea I was experiencing. Turns out I have a very large hernia and am facing another complicated surgery, AFTER I have spent an entire year in misery. He isn't honest and he isn't interested in his patients well being, he is only interested in $$. He has ruined my life and my relationship with my spouse.
Dr. Boon and staff are professional and proficient. As a returning patient I highly recommend Dr. Boon and his staff.
