Worst doctor I have ever experienced. Do not believe the reviews that say he is compassionate.-spends timeYou never get to talk to Dr Boon. First consultation is with his PA, (who has zero personality), you will meet dr Boon just before procedure when you sign the authorization form. But if you have questions at that time - forget it. He does not take any time. You do not get to speak with him after your procedure - the receptionist called me with results - she could not answer my question
Everyone in this office was friendly, kind, and determined to make me comfortable. Shelby, the nurse allowed my husband to come into the room while she put in the IV. She was so good and fast. And Kim, who administered the medication, was also great. Dr. Boon explained the results of the procedure to both me and my husband after it was over. I would recommend this office to anyone.
Having a colonoscopy can't be a "fun" experience, but the staff and Dr. Boone made having one much less of a chore. Their friendliness and professionalism was unsurpassed. I would highly recommend their facility
Arrived at my appointment on time , waited less than 5 minutes before they took me in for my prep. They explained my procedure . Was out within a hour. While in recovery Br. Boon came in and explained what he found in a way I could understand. Would recommend Dr. Boonpongmanee.
I love Dr. Boon. He is always easy to talk to and explains things effectively. I trust in him completely, I also would like to comment on his anestisa person..the lady who put me to sleep the other day. She was humorous and was a hoot to have in operating room. We got along wonderfully. I was trying to tell her Im getting sleepy and then I was waking up..hahaha..all in all my procedure was a gentle experience. I would for sure recommend Dr Boon and his staff at everybody. Thank you Dr Boon &
This was my first colonoscopy and I was very nervous. Dr. Boon and all the staff memebers were very kind concerned and comforting. They explained everything they were doing and why before I was put under anesthesia. Once completed I was in the recovery and made very comfortable. Dr. Boon brought me my pictures and explained each and informed me I won't need another one for ten years (very good news). Thank you Dr. Boon and all staff members for making my first colonoscopy experience comfortable.
I visit Dr. Boons office every other month for Remicade infusions. They are always ready for me when I arrive. Shelby, the nurse who give me the infusions, is great. She's really nice and is very smooth at starting IV's. She's great at her job.
I have had a lot of experience with Dr. Boon. He has always been professional and friendly. His staff is great. I would recommend to anyone.
