The nursing staff is outstanding at the Mid Columbia Endoscopy Center. Caring and prompt response when one calls and asks questions. Dr Boon was great and shows an awesome attitude that cares about his patients. Highly recommend him and the Endoscopy Center. I will definitely go back when I am due for another check up.
I have been seeing Dr. Boon and ARNP Kim Larson for several years. Both Dr. Boon and ARNP Larson have provided excellent medical care. They take time during appointments to discuss and resolve any issues. Dr. Boon is extremely skilled in performing colonoscopies and explaining the results. Dr. Boon's nurses, medical aids and front desk staff are all top notch and professional. I would highly recommend Dr. Boon for any patient looking for an excellent Gastroenterologist.

I have received care from Dr. Boonpongmanee at Tri-Cities Digestive Health Center for 13 years. Dr. Boon is kind, responsive, and explains issues and procedures well. I have never felt rushed. My concerns are always addressed and taken seriously. The entire office is friendly, efficient, and helpful regarding insurance issues.

I have had nothing but good experiences with Dr. Boonpongmanee, and feel like my health is in expert hands with him. He takes my concerns seriously, patiently answers questions, and is proactive in screening and following the current standards of medicine for diagnostics and treatment. He is kind and caring, especially when delivering a difficult diagnosis, and has an established network of other doctors he works with for follow-on treatments after certain diagnostics are made. Dr. Boon is a caring physician who is thorough and professional. He knows when to listen and he knows when to ask questions. His knowledge and skill are penultimate. I highly recommend him for gastroenterologist care.

Dr. Boon performed a colonoscopy on me June 2021. It was discovered that I had Stage endometrial and colon cancers. I was immediately scheduled for colon surgery, but Dr. Boon wasn't convinced that this was the correct procedure. He worked with the surgeon and me, and the surgery was cancelled. Fast forward to a year of chemo and a triple surgeon procedure to remove the remaining tumors, and I just had another colonoscopy, and I am cancer-free!
