I went in for a colonoscopy and the procedure went very well. Dr. Boone is so kind and caring. The support staff are also very nice, professional, and questions were addressed along the way. Highly recommend Dr Boone and Tri-Cities Digestive Center.
I would recommend Dr. Boone to anyone needing GI help. I was extremely sick when he diagnosed my ulcerative colitis condition and with his help we have been able to heal my body and make life feel like normal again. He is very considerate and kind and even calls me occasionally to see how I'm doing. He listens to my concerns and together we adjust medications as needed. He's wonderful to work with. My grandparents and mom had been to Dr Boon so deciding to go to him was an easy choice. Like them, I had a great experience. He is the nicest person and very skilled at what he does. His staff is wonderful. I had a first colonoscopy about 3 months ago now. They made it easy and as comfortable as can be. It was a much better experience than I was expecting. I had my first colonoscopy. From beginning to finish Dr Boon and his staff were amazing. Great communication and excellent care the day of the procedure!
He is very kind, knowledgeable and takes time to answer questions. You never feel rushed! His staff is very efficient. Office is very clean. Usually there is very little wait time!
Dr. Boon and his staff are very professional and caring. They make you feel as comfortable as possible given the reason most people are there.
I have had a colonoscopy and a banding treatment completed by Dr. Boone. I highly recommend his services because the care was outstanding, and I experienced no post treatment complications. The banding treatment is a great alternative compared to surgery because I experienced no pain following each of the three treatments and no physical restrictions were necessary.
