I was referred out to Dr Boons office & was very pleased. The front office was professional & Michael was very pleasant to speak with regarding appointment. Met Dr Boonpongmanee on day of procedure. He was very detailed as to what to expect which I appreciated. The whole staff I came in contact with were great!
Tricities Digestive Health (Kennewick, WA) staff are all friendly, kind, and helpful. I have seen Dr. Boonpongmanee for three procedures and he has always been professional, caring, calm, and kind. His attending nursing staff are comforting and professional and pleasant. The clinic is immaculate, clean, and cheery. I will repeat my visits with his clinic again when my next appointment comes due.
I recently had a regular colonoscopy cancer screening with Dr. Boon. All the staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Dr. Boon took the time to sit with me and explain the procedure, the benefits and risks. He listened, and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this health care provider.
Caring and thorough staff. I have been going to this doctor for at least 20 years. They have taken great care of my ulcerative colitis issues. I would highly recommend this facility and the doctors and nurses that work there.
On the day of the colonoscopy, Dr. Boon's staff from his marvelous nurse to Blake, his awesome anesthesiologist, were fabulous! Dr. Boon was marvelous. He explained the procedure to me, prior to the exam. The bowel prep process before exam day, was not pleasant; however, the colonoscopy itself was easy and painless! After the screening, Dr. Boon explained his findings to me. I give Dr. Boon Five Stars as well as his staff! Thank you very much!!Richard M.
Dr Boon and his staff did an excellent job of communicating prior to, during, and after the procedure. They provided many opportunities to ask questions. They were calm and professional throughout. The two-day fasting and cleansing prior to the procedure was not enjoyable but necessary. The actual procedure was very easy and relatively quick. I highly recommend Dr. Boon and his team for routine colonoscopies.

Anaesthetist was awesome I was ready to rock and roll from the time I left the office. No pain, blood, or other side effects. I won't be dreading my second colonoscopy as much as the first.
