Redwood practice reception urgently needs to change. They are rude and no sense. Getting appointment is a nightmare, even if you are in serial number 2. This surgery needs to close. Every time I requested for an appointment I have been directed to urgent care or emergency. I do not drive. Urgent care is in Erith or Sidcup. redwood surgery receptionist rude no communication skills what so ever , she should try a job in a lighthouse 🤬
Staff were very helpful and receptionist was very pleasant and cheerful.
I can't fault the practice for their very rapid response when i had a fall however trying to get through on the phone or book follow up appointments on line is vertually impossible
