RecommendedAfter experiencing a long wait time in my previous visit to this office that resulted in having to leave to get to another appointment, I went back several months later and was seen promptly after check in. My exam was thorough and all issues were addressed and treated. I have been going to this dermatology practice for many years and can recommend them.
My husband recently brought our daughter to Worcester Dermatology after a referral from her pediatrician for an unidentifiable rash. He was very unhappy with Dr. Seth Kates. He found him to be very dismissive of all concerns, and not personable. Billed my insurance for a 3 minute follow up appointment...I wrote them a letter explaining that I wasn’t paying the bill and as a manager of a dental office we would never charge a patient for a 3 minute follow up. I received a phone call saying “ we can’t adjust off a deductible and you’re going to have to pay it”. My appointment should have never been billed is my point.
